• Continued as Orchestra Director while assuming the role of Department Chair.  Responsibilities included overseeing the entire school’s music program, evaluating teachers, developing curriculum, heading up fund raising, and maintaining a balanced budget.

Accomplishments

Several students have gone on to careers in music.  Three former students are currently teaching music in IPS.  One is teaching at Hamilton Southeastern.  Most notably one student is now the Principal of the IPS Fine Arts Magnet.

Compositions and Arrangements

I have written several original compositions for my church choirs and have arranged many more.  I have also written several arrangements for string and full orchestra.  Examples available.
